Air cooling curved ventilation slot design
The disc adopts an air-cooling curved ventilation slot design, with a total of 72 ventilation slots. The unique cold-bent cooling channel inside the disc solves the problem. The problem of brake failure under continuous high-intensity braking is achieved to achieve the best cooling effect.
High carbon content, low noise
The carbon content is as high as 3.83%, and metal materials such as silicon and manganese are added to effectively improve the fatigue resistance of the brake disc, increase wear resistance and reduce braking noise.
Vertical floating design
The floating brake disc design allows the friction surface of the brake disc to have a certain space for longitudinal expansion in the event of overheating. The braking performance is more stable under full braking. The fine workmanship design also ensures that there will be no jitter during braking.
Multiple precision inspection processes
After precision dynamic balance testing and DTV vibration detection, the stability of the brake disc is ensured and driving and braking vibration caused by the brake disc itself can be avoided.
